🚫 No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final. Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our jewelry, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted under any circumstances.
📦 Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send clear photos of the damaged item via WhatsApp or Instagram DM, and we will assist you promptly.
🎨 Color Variations
Please note: Slight color variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or bead availability. We do our best to match what’s shown in photos, but handmade jewelry may vary slightly from piece to piece.
🧾 Order Accuracy
Before checking out, double-check your shipping address.
If a package is returned due to an address error on your part, a $4 reshipping fee will apply. This fee is waived only if the shipping label was incorrectly created by us.
🚚 Missing Packages
If your package has not arrived after 8 business weeks, please reach out with your order details. Tracking numbers serve as proof of delivery. Once an order is shipped, we no longer have control over the shipping process, but we will do our best to support you.
🌎 International Shipping
We offer international shipping at a flat rate of $16 USD. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes charged by their country. If you choose not to pay these fees and the package is returned, we’ll refund the product cost minus the $16 shipping fee once we receive it back.

Our jewelry is made using high-quality seed beads, pearls, polymer clay beads, and durable stretchable or non-stretchable thread. While our pieces are designed for everyday beauty, they are delicate and require gentle handling. Please refer to individual product listings for specific material details.
Note: We do not provide polishing cloths. For care tips, feel free to message us directly.
